Elders
The church is shepherded by a plurality of elders. The teaching pastor is one of them.
James is the teaching pastor. He has been in ministry for twenty years, was called to vocational pastoral work in 2007, and was ordained in 2010. He served a congregation for more than a decade before the Springfield work. He and his wife, Lisa, have three children.
He works in the marketplace for his income, plays music, and leads this church alongside the other elders. People do not need seven steps to a better life. They need to meet Jesus Christ by faith.
